Colours of Sept.

We just got home from a rainy, rainy trip to Alberta and the Rocky Mountains. We had a few nice days with new snow on the mountains when the sun came out. I'll post pictures of our trip in up coming posts, but I wanted to squeak in with my colours of Sept.

These three pictures are from Yoho National Park which is in BC and were taken on our way home. Thye aren't really from where I live but they are from my province so I hope they count.

This is what the scenery looked like for a lot of our trip. After the hot summer of forest fires, really the rain is welcome.

Since we've come home, the sun and warm temperatures have come back and I managed to get a few fall pictures from our yard.

  1. Gorgeous colors! (And of course colors wherever you travel are welcome!)

Interesting to see a wee bit of Yoho. It's definitely on my "Some Day" list of places to visit!

We're having oddly warm, summerlike weather which feels so weird in late September.

Fall is coming though. I see signs everywhere!

    Thanks for sharing your colors!
